custom outlook rule to autosort email by date

I need to write a rule in Outlook that will sort by date, the option listed is specific dates and i could accomplish what i want by simply editing the rule each week. I work 4 10hr shifts then i have three days off, when i get back to work i have 400+ emails in my inbox. I want to create a rule that will automatically sort all mail that is one day old to a specific .pst folder then i will sort it individually from there but it gets all the previous days stuff out of my inbox so i stop getting that pesky admin message "your mailbox has exceeded its size limit"

I would set up individual rules to sort these emails but i need to go through them individually to make sure i see all of them and dont miss anything. From what i have found this can be accomplished through VBscripting option built into outlook, however i'm a bit rusty on program language. Can anyone make a suggestion on how to write this rule?

why not just your Exchange Administrator to increase your quota? Failing that, setup the auto-archive option to move mail older than a certain number of days. It quite simple.
