Solved creating invoices from Excel data

Specs: Windows 7
I have a spreadsheet containing invoice data in columns as follows:-
Month, Day,Invoice No, Customer,Invoice Total, VAT, value exc VAT, Goods at zero VAT, Labour, Materials.
I would like to create a batch of invoices (using an excel template?) from that data.
Any suggestions would be most welcome.

There are several ways to do this using a variety of different programs, but since it sounds like you have MS Office, I'd recommend doing a mail merge. Quickly looking at my install of MS Word, there aren’t any templates available for what you want to do so you will need to create your own.
