This is regarding Outlook XP...
I have a user who has two calendars in Outlook Today for some reason; "Calendar" and "Calendar1".

Unfortunately she's been using "Calendar1" to organise her daily tasks etc - as a result, her reminders do not work as "the task does not appear in your calendar or task list".

I would guess that this is because the main "Calendar" is used for reminders - all other calendars will not work in this manner.
So... the question is, how can this user transfer all of her appointments, tasks and events from "Calendar1" to "Calendar"?

Reply:

Export Calendar1 as a CSV, then get rid of it from Outlook. Then import CSV into Calendar.
