Copy row to another sheet if cell = x

Microsoft Office excel 2003

Specs: Windows XP

I've looked around various forums but can't quite get code to work for what I want.

I am using Excel 2003 to do risk assessments. Each risk has it's own row. If there are high or extreme risks I want to copy some of that row over to another sheet.

Further Information:

Risks are listed in rows on a sheet called Risk Assessment
The risks start at row 15
The risk rating is in column H
If the risk rating is High or Extreme I want the row from column A to O copied over to the first available row on another sheet called Action Plan

I can help you write a workbook change that will do this for you. Just need a little more info.

So you only want the info starting in the eighth column (column H) to row O to copy? and do you have a drop down list set up from the info that will be trigerring the change?
