Product: Toshiba Toshiba t6510 blk copier toner for e-studio 550 650 810 copiers

Toner has been changed in Toshiba eStudio 650 copier, still prints out faint horizontal lines. And make a low vibrating werring sound at start. Any ideas? No Toshiba techs in this area.
