Hi,

I have a user who has a .pdf file that includes notes. He is trying to email the .pdf file to someone and she can't receive the notes. He has figured out how to convert the notes to Word format from within Acrobat, but when he attempts the conversion he receives the error "operation requires Word 2000 to be installed on the system." Word 2000 is definitely installed on his computer. Has anyone ever seen this before?

Thanks!

I'd start with the original issue. Is it that she can't receive the pdf, or she can't view it? If she doesn't have the program to view the pdf, she can go to www.adobe.com and download the free viewer.
