Is there any tool or way to convert Office 2000 PST to Office 2003 PST? I know that I can open the outlook 2003 with new PST and import the office 2000 PST, but I want to it without the user open the Outlook. Thank you. Miki.

If you don't want the user to see the conversion process, I would open the older pst file in another computer, convert it to the '03 version.
Save that file to disk, take it to the user's computer, replace their current pst file with the converted file and then they will open the new file as if they had done the conversion.
