Convert .osd to .pst

I've been using MS Exchange, Office 2003. Now I'm using MS Outlook POP3, Office 2007. The file I exported from exchange has an extension .osd and I can't import or convert it to .pst can you help.

Microsoft doesn't offer an add-in for this. You'll need a third-party conversion program. I don't have a recommendation, but these converters are not free.
