Download one of the free PDF converters such as CutePDF, PrimoPDF, BullZip, etc.

These converters install as "printers" on your system, available via the printer list in any app.

When you "print" to the app it creates a PDF.

Set the app as your default printer and with a single click of the print icon, you'll create a PDF.

Since I doubt you'll want the PDF app to be your default printer, you have a couple of other choices:

1 - Settle for more than a "single" click and choose the PDF app each time you print.

Something like:

File...Print...choose the PDF app...OK

2 - Create a macro that captures your current default printer setting, switches your printer to the PDF app, prints out the doc and then reinstates your normal default printer.

That macro could be attached to an button so that a single click would execute it.

I could do it with VBA for Excel, but I don't know the OOO3 macro language well enough to write one for OOO3.
