Please help me with this.
When I click on the mail icon in my control panel it opens the accounts menu for Outlook Express. It DOES NOT give me the box that allows you to change Outlook profiles or set up new folders, profiles, etc.
I have set Outlook as my default email program in I.E. options, but this didn't help.
I couldn't find anything on Microsoft about this. Please help, I need to get to these Outlook settings to make some changes. And everything I read says to go to START>SETTINGS>CONTROL PANEL>MAIL. But this only opens the Outlook Express accounts menu and not what I need.

Have you opened Outlook and configured it properly? If not, do that first.

Yes, Outlook is configured properly. I am currently using it. But WHAT specifically should I configure in Outlook that might be causing this? I have another workstation that is setup identically and it does not have a problem.
Please advise further.

I found a solution to my problem in another post.....
Outlook did not have the service setup. So I had to open Outlook, use menu Tools>Option>Mail Delivery, click Reconfigure Mail Support then Corporate. Then restarted Outlook. Then I could finally see the settings I needed to in START>SETTINGS>CONTROL PANEL>MAIL.
