just new to MS SQL. We have MS SQL 2000 server (enterprice edition) installed and running on the LAN. its installed on a win2000 server. now i want to connect to it from a workstation(MS Access which is on WinXP) to work on a database called EmployeesDB.
what are the precise steps involved in doing this either from the server side or the workstation side?
