Configure Nav Pane in Outlook 2003

i just installed outlook 2003 I was using 2002. I want to change the Navagation Pane so at startup it dose not show Favorite Floders and All Mail Folders.... I would like it just to show All Folders, right from the start.

You can't hide the Favorite Folders in the Mail View. See "Show All Folders" in Outlook Help. It explains this...
