Conditional Formatting Problem

Specs: Windows XP
Please can someone assist me with the following conditional formatting problem - I haven't been sucessful in finding a solution online.

Example: If cell F21 has a date that is later than a date in G21, I would like cell G21 to be Bold Red. If however F21 is the same date or an earlier date, G21 is to remain unchanged.

Thanks so much :-)

The key thing to keep in mind is that the format chosen for Conditional Formatting is applied when the formula (Rule) evaluates to TRUE.

This formula will be TRUE when the date is F21 is greater than (i.e. later) the date in G21:

TIP: You can always test your Condtional Formatting rules by putting the formula in a cell and manipulating it until it returns TRUE for the condition(s) you are testing for. If it returns TRUE in a cell, it'll return TRUE when used as a Conditional Formatting rule and the formatting will be applied.
