Hi,
I have two excel tables(lists of companies with contact details) that have the same structure.First column is company name, second column is adress etc... There are some companies that appear in both tables. I need to compare those lists and cut companies that appear in both lists and paste them in sheet3. Search should be done by company name (first column).
Thanks!

Single step through the code I sent you in response to your very similiar question the other day.

Once you understand how it works, modify it to work across sheets.

Use the VBA help files by placing you cursor on a word in the code and pressing F1. By figuring it out on your own, you'll learn a whole lot more than if someone just supplies the code.

If you have specific questions about syntax, come on back and we'll see what we can do.

Please post your question in its own thread with a relevant Subject line.

Adding your question to an existing thread that addressed a different issue makes the archives harder to search.

You are not "comparing two sheets", you are pulling data drom one sheet into another.
