Is there an easy way to combine 60 excel sheets without copying and pasting? I have a bunch of spreadsheets that are alphabetical but the same number of columns etc. I want to combine it all into one spreadsheet without having to copy and paste.

Hi
On the Tools menu, click Compare and Merge Workbooks (the workbooks to be merged need to be shared first (Tools>>Share Workbook)

I don't see that option on the tools menu. I'm using MS Office 2003.

I have Office 97 and find Tools, Merge Workbooks greyed out even with two workbooks open.
You might want to use the macro shown at this OzGrid thread. When I view the page I see that some of the code is overwritten with translated code by the browser. (I see smiley faces at the end of some lines of code that shouldn't be there) You may have to post to it in order to ask for the corrected code.
If you don't see any smiley faces then let me know so I will know that it is my problem and not the newly reformatted webpage.

For the option to not be greyed out the workbook has to be shared first.

J A Dean, Thank you. I figured there was a reason it was greyed out.
Jim, You say 60 spreadsheets...I do assume you are meaning 60 workbooks versus 60 sheets in a single workbook. Correct?
