I have one problem, i'm having two archive folders, one is of size 2gb and the other is of size 950mb. I'm using Office 2003. is there any way to combine these two archive files. I'm a novice with outlook/exchange. Also provide me with knowledge base links for them.

So these are pst files? Open both of them in your folder list in Outlook, and copy the contents of the one pst to the other. Then delete the one you copied from.
