Column lines

In WORD I can write a paper that has 2 columns and insert a line between the columns. Is there a way to put a line between columns as well as a vertical line to the left of the first column and the right of the second column. Inother words 2 columns and 3 lines. Thanks

Or use the drawing tool and draw a line wherever you want.
