Clip Organizer Error

I receive the following error when I try to run Clip Organizer in Office XP: Clip Organizer cannot complete the operation. Error Code 0x80040235. I searched Microsoft's KB and found nothing about this error code and their Community Newsgroups have been down for the last few days. Help would be appreciated! Thank you.
