Choose Profile in Outlook 2003

Specs: Windows XP
Hello, two of our users at work are getting a dialog box "Choose Profile" coming up when they boot up their machines. They claim it was fine a couple of days ago...!

Has anyone any ideas how to cure this problem from popping up? Nothing's changed on our server to my knowledge...!

In Control Panel, double-click on the Mail icon. Select "Profiles" and check the option to "Always use this profile." Unless more than one profile has been created for that user, just go with the default or "Outlook" profile.
