I know that I saw a file on here before, that changed the owner of the Office floppy disks whenever you replaced the new one, and trashed the old one, but do you think that I can find it? It may have been named setup.ini, or something else. If this file rings a bell to anyone, would you please post it here. Thanks!

Perhaps you can clarify exactly what you mean by Office Floppy disks. Do you mean the changing the registered owner for Office? Or are you referring to something within the Office 95 floppies themselves.

And what are you replacing?

I know that I am wordy, but what I was trying to do was change the regestered owner of some Office 95 floppy disks that I have, so whenever I install it, it will be blank, and I can enter my own name, and company information. The only thing that I can remember is, that you have to replace one file, and then you could enter your own information. Thanks!

Wow. It's been 9 years since I installed Office 95. I would start with the first floppy and do a search for the registered name within the text of the files.

Actually, it would be it's in my last post. As you can see, grammar is one of my peeves.
