Changing default font in MS Office

CPU/Ram: AMD Athlon 2100+ / 512 MB

Does anyone know how to change the default font (Tahoma) throughout all MS Office applications to, say, Verdana or Arial?

Word, Format, Font, select required font, click Default, click Yes. That will do it in Word.
