Changing default background colours

Hi again all.
I have a dyslexic user who has just had speech recognition software installed on his PC - this is working fine, but he is finding that the black text on white background colour scheme in MS Word XP is proving to be difficult to read.
The ideal colour scheme for dyslexic users is apparently black text on a medium to light green background - is there any way in which the default background colour of all MS Office applications can be modified to suit this? He is aware that the background colour can be modified manually each time he opens Word, but it would obviously be easier if I could modify the settings for him as above. Can anyone help out?

Adam,
Go to: Start/Settings/Control Panel/Display/Appearance/ and click "Advanced" and then under "Item" select "Window" and change to whichever colour you prefer. Click "Other" to see the whole pallette. Then click "Apply" and you're all set.
