Changing color of cells comparing values

I am making an inventory spreadsheet and want the current inventory cell to go red when it goes below the min quantity(in another cell). I use conditional formating to change it red but don't know how to use it for the entire column as it just compares it against the one cell. I want it to compare it to each of their corresponding row.

Any help would be appreciated

With your minimum quantity values in A1:A5 and your actual quantities in B1:B5,

Select B1:B5 and use this as the formula for Conditional Formatting:

It will update for each cell, becoming

=IF(B2<A2,TRUE,FALSE), etc.

Just make sure you don't use any $ which will lock in the Row numbers.
