I have two users who need to access the same calendar in Outlook running on exchange 2003. What I have done is shared the calendar from one user so now both users can access it. The problem is that the user who is accessing the shared calendar would like to make this their default calendar instead of their own. Is there anyway of changing this? The reason being is that the two users have a HP iPAQ PDA each which syncs with their outlook calendar. The user sharing the calendar syncs OK but the user accessing the shared calendar does not. It will only sync with the users default and not a shared.
