Change language in Outlook Express

Hello everybody. After running Windows Update, my Outlook Express changed the language. I think the reason is, Windows Update automatically detects the local language and "tries to help." How can I swtich back to my language? Thanks.

Don't know if this will help you.. Tools Options Send International Select Proper language. Tools Options Read International Select Language
