Please do not use upper case when you post. It's the internet equivalent of shouting.

We try not to offer direct answer with homework problems in this forum. We prefer to point the student in the right direction so that they can learn from their research.

In the Excel Help files, look up Absolute and Relative references.

re: I was offered a job doing Excel please help me.

I have helped you. I told you exactly what to look up in the Excel Help files in order to answer the question in your original post.

I have been using Excel for over 20 years and I still use the Help files (and Google searches) on an almost daily basis. It's impossible (at least for me) to remember how to use every feature, so I rely on the Help files to remind me how things are done.

If you will be using Excel for your job or just for fun, you had better learn how to use the Help files. You can't expect a Help forum such as this to be available every time you need to do something.

As I said earlier, the answer to your question can be found in the Help files for Absolute and Relative references.
