Comment:

I have recently migrated my email from Outlook Express to Outlook. Everything is running fine except that I cannot get Outlook to receive my mail, which is still going to OE. This despite the fact that I have turned off OE as the default and turned on Outlook as the default. Any help would be most appreciated.

Do you have OE configured to automatically start with Windows? If so, remove it from the Start menu. If not, why are you opening OE at all?

What happens when you open Outlook and check your mail?

If you're running both programs at once, your email will indeed arrive in the program that checks first.
