Specs: Windows 7
How do I...I was approached by a friend. Says that he can not send emails. I checked and saw the following - indeed for sending via e-mail program Outlook Express 6.0 comes out error - 'An unknown error has occurred. Protocol: SMTP, Port: 0, Protection (SSL): No, Error Code: 0x800C013B. Next, look in the mail program folder 'Sent Items' and I see the following: Outlook Express is unable to access this folder.
1) The presence of free hard disk space and RAM checked, all right.
2) The file itself Sent (1) .dbx capacity of 260 MB
3) I tried to re-create the account and re-record it in the bank reports brought no result.
4) I tried to import the file Sent (1) .dbx file-by-Import Messages ... Microsoft Outlook Express 6-Import mail messages from the bank's program Outlook Express version 6 (tick - Import only messages created or received in Outlook Express 6 ), the output error - Can not find the messages in the folder or file with the messages open in another program. Select another folder or close the applications that can use the files you need.
Question - how can I restore the folder 'Sent Items'
