I have a customer's computer that is having problems with Outlook 2003. I can't seem to find a definite answer on the web.
Outlook sends and receives mail fine, but it will not forward emails nor will it reply to messages. I get an "undeliverable error" whenever I try to forward or reply. When I create a new message, it sends just fine. I think I remember a fix for this back in Office XP, but I can't remember or find it now.
Has anyone come across this problem recently? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
