It is a weird problem. It happens intermittently. E-mail will work just fine and then the next time I go into Outlook (2002 XP), I can't receive email. I have a hotmail account configured and it can receive that just fine, but I have 4 other pop accounts and it can't receive e-mail from any of them. Under the send/receive box, it says errors. And if you go to details for the errors, it says... Task 'pop.spamcop.net - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' If I restart the computer, everything is OK. Now I had a problem similar to this a while ago and every time I had this problem, my task manager would show two instances of outlook.exe running (under the processes tab). I would end task on both and everything would work fine. This time it isn't working this way. There is only one instance of it running. When I close outlook, it closes in the task manager (processes tab). Any ideas why this is happening?

This issue comes when you have a slow connection issue with your ISP. Else there is timeout due to overloaded connection. Suggest to download your emails from one pop at time. Else your line is bad!
