Can't receive email

I've been using outlook 6 for months and all is fine however senders are getting amsg saying recipients mailbox is full - it isn't I've emptied and tried sending myself emails from another address and error message recipients inbox is full continues... very frustrating could somebody help??

Outlook Express? Is this a work email address or home email address? Are you using an ISP or do you have your own mail server?

Right click on the mailbox itself, choose properties, then click on folder size in the lower left corner of the dialogue box. It will show you where the mail is dispersed and how much is in each part of the mailbox. Inbox, sent, drafts, deleted, etc.
