Cant print in Outlook 2003

OS: Windows XP Pro
CPU/Ram: 3.0/1.5 Gig
Comment:

Just recently I am unable to print any messages from either Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express. This is the message I get:

Char 1
Error Unspecified error
URL res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/Preview.dlg

I downloaded Eudora and have no problem printing messages there or from AOL.

Help!
