Can't open Outlook due to large attachment

Microsoft Outlook 2007

I tried to send a large attachment using Outlook 2007. Outlook became very slow, so I closed Outlook without realizing the message was in the Outbox folder (until the Exit Without Sending prompt came up). Now when I try to reopen Outlook, it just hangs, or at least is taking more than 15 min. and counting to open. Is there any way to delete the message without opening Outlook? Or open with a different PST then load my default one and delete the message, something along those lines? Thanks. [EDIT: The file is being attached from a CD.]

Well, this is a Never Mind. Outlook didn't appear in the task list after some minutes (it was there at first) so I guess it quit. I was able to reopen it in a subsequent attempt and delete the message from Outbox.
