Comment: I have Outlook 2002 installed. When I receive emails with jpegs attached I will right-click on the file and a dialog opens to chose open, print, save as, remove, cut, copy, paste etc. If I click on open it an opening mail attachment box comes up and if I choose to open rather than save to disk print dialog box will come up and it prints if I select ok. The same holds true if I chose print on the first right click, I will end up opening the picture. It's like they are just mislabeled which I know isn't true. I tried detect and repair but my computer can't find proret.msi anywhere on my hard drive or my cd's of the program. It was a regular purchase, not a copy or anything and I registerd it etc. back then. Can anyone help me? I don't know what to try next except an expensive call to support. Thanks in advance! Nancie

Reply: (edit)Try opening IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, General tab and under the Temporary Internet files section click on the "Delete files" button. Choose yes to Offline files when asked. If this resolves your email/.jpg problem then go to the Advanced tab (in IE Tools, Internet Options) and place a check next to "Empty temporary internet files folder when browser is closed", (near teh bottom) click Apply and Ok to avoid the problem in the future.
