Can't Import .pst file

Hi,
I have exported an Outlook .pst file from Office 2003 and am trying to import it to Office XP. The .pst file is around 230 MB. The import doesn't work -- the error I get is that the .pst file was created in a newer version of Outlook. All I have now is the .pst file and a working version of Office XP on my computer. I am currently using Outlook Express until I can figure this problem out.
Any ideas on how to make this work?? Thanks a lot, Matt.

You can't (really sucks doesn't it) We've talked directly with Microsoft at our company and their work-around is to just upgrade everyone to Office 2003.
You can open the pst in Outlook 2003 and export the e-mails in the form of .msg files then import them into Outlook XP. Long and drawnout process but it's the only way.
