Can't generate a new email message in Outlook 2010

December 26, 2015 at 16:32:00
Specs: Windows 7
I purchased an online version of Outlook 2010 about 2 years ago. Whenever I initially open up Outlook it tells me that my (trial version) has expired and I need to upgrade. I enter my product key information as prompted. After my info is verified nothing happens. I attempt to generate a new email by tipping on the icon but no blank email page appears. I can recieve emails but I can't send them. I double and tripled checked all of my email account settings and everything passes the test. Oh, I also notice at the top of the page that my version is listed as being unregistered. What does that mean?

It means your product ID is not being accepted. Did you change anything about the version you installed? Did the product code come with the online purchase?
