can't export table in access xp

OS: Windows XP sp2
CPU/Ram: 600/256

Hello. Since I installed SP2 on XP and set regional settings to use Bosnian language I can't export any table to txt file in accexx xp. Also I upgraded whole office to SP3 but no success. I allways get "invalid argument" and "cannot update. database or object is read-only". Any help would be apriciated
