I have Microsoft Outlook Express. I'm having a problem where the program is not wanting to delete some e-mails. I thought perhaps the folder was full (does that sound goofy?) and so I deleted a year's worth of e-mails in my Deleted folder. I still have the problem.
I get messages that say, "The message cannot be deleted" or "An error has occurred." A few days ago the program wanted to "Compress files," as it does every now and then. I clicked out of it because it takes several minutes, and I was right in the middle of something. I think that's what the program wants, but I can't find any option in the program where I can choose to compress files.
Any ideas? Thanks as always.
