cant copy or paste 2007excelsheets while using office 2010

Specs: Windows 7
hello dear teachsupport

I recently got to a problem when installing office 2010.
I worked my excel sheets in excell 2007 before the upgrade and I cant copy or paste using the old excel sheets in the 2010 version of excell.
the option to copy and paste is blocked when I try using it.

do you got any suggestions for me that I cant try becouse this is very annoying.

That problem is often caused by one of the "add-ins" in Excel. Disable each add-in in turn until you get copy/paste functions back. The last add-in you disabled will be the culprit so leave that add-in disabled.

Open Excel.
Click the Office button top-left, then click "Excel Options".
Click "Add-Ins" in the left pane.
At bottom, click "Go" where it says "Manage" ... "Add-Ins".
Untick an Add-in and click "OK" to disable it.
