Perhaps if you gave us a little more information about the symptoms we could offer some suggestions.
"i cannot attach or upload excel files" doesn't give us a lot to work with.

what more u want i had sme excel file which i had to gv to my clients, so first i tried attaching thru email but the process where it says pls wait while we attach it stucks ther for a very long time(45kb file). then i tried uploading and sending the link to the client, but nope the uploading process stopped at 57% at almost all the upload sites and all the emails, then i compressed and sent it,
i have loads of queries

re: what more u want
Well, the info you supplied certainly helps.
Have you tried any other files, such as Word, a PDF, or jpg or is the problem specific to Excel?
Are you using IE6 to a secure Website?
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/889334
Did this just start - have you been able to send files to these (or other client's) in the past?
Are you on a corporate network that might be having network issues?
Can you send the same files from a different computer, such as your home PC?

only excel files, other formats are going well and m using a mozilla latest one, and yes i could send the files in the past, and i work frm home so no network issue.
and the last thing u wrote is yes i can send things frm diff comp but not my own
plss help
i have loads of queries

Here is how I would narrow down the problem if it were my machine:
I would try to send the *exact same* file(s) from a different machine to the same recipients. If that works then we can assume that the file(s) is not corrupt in some way that is preventing it from being transmitted.
I would then try to send files from other applications that are *at least* as big as the Excel file(s) that you are trying to send, from the same machine to the same recipients.
If neither of those tests lead you to a conclusion, I would create another Excel file of the same size or bigger and try to send that one.
Finally, or maybe even before creating a new file, you could try things like removing all formatting from the original file, or removing one sheet at a time if there are multiple sheets, or even deleting all data and sending an empty workbook. Perhaps there is some strange incompatibilty between the data/formatting in the original file(s) that is preventing them from being sent.
Thinking along those lines, I'm sure there are other things you could try to narrow the problem down and eliminate it.
Good Luck!
