Hello - we run Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 as the mail client. Im trying to archive some emails by going to File>Archive. I highlight the entire mailbox, select a location and date so everything before that date should be archived. Click ok and it archives to a file size of 265KB then stops. This is only the case for a few users. Any ideas or suggestions? Ive tried reinstalling Outlook, ive tried loading that profile on a different computer but still no luck.

I haven't worked with Exchange in almost ten years, but are you archiving to a pst file? Can you configure auto-archive?

I found a temporary work-around. I opened the .pst file that it created (265KB) and asked the user to manually move his emails over to the folder. Luckily, it was a new user who didnt have too many emails or sub-folders.
If anyone has a solution for this it would be greatly appreciated!

That is the same workaround I have been using as well. My user has hundreds of mails that need to move on a regular basis and this is not the most efficiant method.
I am hopeing there is an acctual solution out there.
