Comment: I'm unable to open microsoft outlook. I keep getting the message "Cannot start ms outlook. Outlook requires ms outlook express 4.01 or higher". I have outlook express 6 and all is working fine with it. This happens when I want to email pictures using the "file and folder task - email this picture". I have reinstalled and repaired my office program and still no go. All other programs are working fine. Couldn't find anything to correct this problem other than having to reinstall OE 5 with IE5. I have IE7. Thanks for any helpfull solution.

Reply: (edit)Try going to IE, Tools, Internet Options, Programs and check to see if you have the Email program set to Outlook Express or not. Bryan
