Comment:

I'm unable to open microsoft outlook. I keep getting the message "Cannot start ms outlook. Outlook requires ms outlook express 4.01 or higher". I have outlook express 6 and all is working fine with it. This happens when I want to email pictures using the "file and folder task - email this picture". I have reinstalled and repaired my office program and still no go. All other programs are working fine. Couldn't find anything to correct this problem other than having to reinstall OE 5 with IE5. I have IE7. Thanks for any helpfull solution.

Try going to IE, Tools, Internet Options, Programs and check to see if you have the Email program set to Outlook Express or not.
