Hello, I am trying to send some HTML emails using Outlook 2003. I want people to be able to receive a professional email from my business as an HTML webpage instead of a link, or plain text.
I have created my webpage which I then uploaded to my server, I then copied/pasted the HTML text into Outlook 2003 (which is enabled to send emails in HTML format). Upon checking the received email, its still sending in just all HTML text, its not generating a web page.
Any help would be great. Thanks!

I think you're confused as to what html formatted email is.
From Outlook help:
When you create a message in Outlook, the default format is HTML. This format supports text formatting, numbering, bullets, alignment, horizontal lines, pictures (including backgrounds), HTML styles, stationery, signatures, and linking to Web pages. Because the most popular e-mail programs use HTML, it is the recommended format for Internet mail.
That doesn't mean it takes your html code and turns it into webpage.
Perhaps using a Form, Template, or Stationary would suit your needs better.
Remember too, not all email clients support html formatted messages, which means, that if you send an html formatted message with links, special character, etc, the client will show it as gibberish.
Life's more painless for the brainless.

As Ms. SUMN hinted at, you can make your e-mails look as professional as you like, but you can not control how the recipient's e-mail client will present it.
Some users may access their mail one way at home, perhaps via Outlook or Mozilla and then access it another way at work, such as via a web-base mail app. Your e-mail might look totally different to the same person depending on where they view it.
Let's not forget about Blackberries, cell phones and mail clients that block images for security reasons. Could get messy!
