Cannot print certain emails from Outlook 2003

I have one user who cannot print emails from one other user. You click print, nothing comes up. Try to go to file>print? Same problem. This only effects email received from one person, who is using Outlook 2007.

If the person answers a forward, it can print fine. It is just anything that is originated that wont print. Other users can print email from said person just fine.

A bit lost, so does someone have a solution?
