I am using 2010 Publisher and followed steps to hyperlink webpage. It appears blue in my document. I saved it. When I open it the hand does not appear and it does not connect me to the site.
The link should be blue and underlined in your document, and when you right-click on it you should have an option to 'edit hyperlink'. "I've always been mad, I know I've been mad, like the most of us..." Pink Floyd
