Can Access 97 Be Uninstalled By Itself?

A recent Secunia scan has said that my Access 97 is "end of life" and should be removed. It's part of the suite, and am wondering can it removed without removing the entire suite of Office programs? Thanks!

Just to add to my previous post. I now notice that what Secunia is referring to is something in my "Common Files" folder in Programs. It's a folder called "Taxman",....and contains some bits and pieces of MS Access. Is it safe to simply delete this "Taxman" folder and clean up anything else with CCleaner?
