I am trying to create a spreadsheet for employees that work overnight shifts. I have my formulas for when they work, but it adds hours when they are absent. The different shifts are as follows: Sun thru Thur 4pm-12am=8 hours Fri 3pm-11pm=8 hours Sat 4am-12am=20 hours Sun 4am-4pm=12 hours
