IN Outlook 2003 (SP2) When reading mail from JUNK Mailers I can "Right Click" - Select "Junk Mail" and then "Add Sender to Blocked Senders List"... OK. Fine and Dandy... That works... I get lots of mail in my Junk Mail Folder. What I am wondering is HOW can I view what is in this list.? I am sure that over the past few years that this list is really BIG and could be slowing down the delivery of mail to my system. Also.. Are these addresses DATED in any way so that if there is NO Hit on them for any given period of time they will be deleted.... Or do they just sit there forever clogging up the system.

In answer to your question as to date. Nope. These lists contain the sender's email addy/domain information from the header. No date is associate with those.

is there a way to see this list that I have created over the years.... I am sure that it is getting quite extensive since I seem to be adding 2 to 10 items per day....
