Block Sender in Office XP

I am looking for an option in Office Xp, that when i block a certain user it will automatically send them a message saying they have been blocked. Is there such a feature? Thankx

As you know, you can block senders. However.. the issue of replying to a blocked address, i do not believe that is an option in Outlook XP (or any Outlook's for that matter).
you could try the option of "bouncing" the user via a third-party program such as MailWasher. it fakes something that looks very believable to a mail-daemon error notification.
those are the only application beliefs/solutions i know of.. other than trying to work out something in code.
