I am looking for software that meets the following requirements.
1. Once setup is fully automatic
2. Can backup to network drives or shares
3. Works with removable drives
4. Requires no user intervention

I need this for my small business. I will have this software installed on all boxes and each will backup to an internal removable hard drive and a dedicated backup server. (onsite) Please give me some insight to where i should be looking on this. I don't want to spend a ton on this either. Thanks for everyone's help in advance.

I've been quite happy with SyncBack. It will do everything you asked for
